Steve Wagner is president and co-founder of Stone Brewing Co. in Escondido, CA. Since starting the company in San Marcos with his business partner Greg Koch in 1996, Stone has become one of the fastest growing and highest rated breweries in the world. Brewing over 200,000 barrels in 2013, Stone is the 10th largest craft brewery in the United States – a position it achieved without advertising, discounting, giving away free goods,
or compromising on quality standards.

 

He is the co-author of The Craft of Stone Brewing Co.: Liquid Lore, Epic Recipes, and Unabashed Arrogance. Steve resides in Poway with his wife Laura and two sons.
